Each accessory it’s not a compromise to the functioning of the machine itself but aimed to complete it for the achieving of production goals.
Thanks to decades of experience in the business, each accessory is constantly developed and updated using the latest manufacturing technologies.
Following the adaptation to the latest national and international regulations, the list of accessories during the years is grown up to the last which admit remote control and operation on the machine in compliance with the standards requested
AUTOMATIC BOBBIN WINDER – BW
Metag’s Automatic Bobbin Winder (BW) is a unit designed specifically to wind bobbins (spools) for bobbin selvedge type looms, either made by Metag or pre-existing machines.
The automatic bobbin winder will wind your bobbins in a short time with the correct tension required to achieve a good selvedge on the fabric, i.e. no more irregular edges or selvedges due to incorrect tension of the bobbin yarn.
KIT FOR SPECIAL YARNS
Metag weaving machines are made and developed for the use of mostly yarn types, both standard or special.
Each model has available several accessories kits, among which the weft feed units, weft springs units, ceramic eyelets specific for rough yarn, which make the machines more versatile.
Any modifications are overseen by the Metag technical department according to the customer requests.
FABRIC WINDER . AFW
Ancillary accessory for all of Metag weaving machine models.
It features a winding capacity up to mm 500 diameter (standard model) and available for single or double space machines.
The fabric winder is equipped with independent drive motion by gear-box for the automatic start and stop with the machine status.
There are also several adjustments for the fabric tensioning by means of friction.

Ancillary accessory for the warp yarns feeding by cone-creels structure.
The structure features rubbered cylinders with rope braking system for the perfect equalize of the tensions.
Number of cylinders defined according to the customer requests.
RUBBER FEEDER, POSITIVE
Metag weaving machines are able to use mostly yarn types, both standard or special included the rubber yarn.
The rubber feeder is placed behind the machine and its made for a quickly start and usage.

- Technical assistance — the technological facility of systems to assist humans in decision-making and problem-solving, and the ability to help humans with difficult or unsafe tasks
- Decentralized decisions — the ability of cyber physical systems to make decisions on their own and to perform their tasks as autonomously as possible. Only in the case of exceptions, interference, or conflicting goals, are tasks delegated to a higher level
