TML 230

TML 230 incorporates heavier constructions, high-speed weaving productions with a single weaving head for fabric production up to 230 mm, all in a mid-sized machine.
The specifications of this model with edge binding by needle make it the best choice for the production of tapes such as lifting straps, tubular tapes and much more.
TML series ensure a wider work capacity from the most common up to the most advanced yarn type permitting to produce solid woven unrealised on the traditional weaving machinery.
All the standard equipment features make the loom ready to use for the manufacture and production of special tapes.
The reduced scheduled maintenance, the ease of use, the solid mechanical construction of each component, combined with the experience gained over 70 years of presence on the international market represent the added value of a unique product.

SPECIAL WEAVING UNIT KIT FOR WIDTH UP TO 250 MM

The development of the TML series, by the improved frameset and geometry, allow the evolution of a weaving kit unit for front-reed width up to 250 mm (9.85 inches).
The special kit could be provided also later to the selling of the machine, and it requires low experience and skill in the installation.
